Clarissa Greenman Raspanti is extensively involved in the firm's commercial litigation practice. She was admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1988 and the bar of the District of Columbia in 1990, having received her law degree in 1988 from Cornell Law School where she served as an editor of the Cornell International Law Journal. She was a staff attorney for the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and an associate at several highly respected firms in Philadelphia, focusing her practice on commercial and toxic tort litigation in state and federal courts. She is also a 1985 magna cum laude graduate of Saint Joseph's University, where she earned a B.A. in History.
